My account: what it adds

Self-checked exercises, with points

Students type their answer and check it question by question: the page says right or wrong and names the trap. With an account, 10 points per answer right on the first try, and their right answers stay filled in when they come back to finish.

An exam date, a plan day by day

Students note the date and the chapters of their next test or midterm. The dashboard tells them each day where to start and at what pace, and when time is short it puts first the chapters the others build on.

A notebook of their own traps

Every answer missed on the first try lands there, chapter by chapter, with the trap behind it. Before the exam, students reread their own mistakes, and a trap is beaten the day they find the right answer.

Their courses, and the next step computed

Students give their level and tick their courses: the dashboard lays them out chapter by chapter. A check of one question per chapter sorts straight away what they master and what to work on, and the site, which knows the prerequisites, says which chapter to tackle next.

Ask for what is missing

A type of exercise missing, a problem they are stuck on, a mistake in a solution? Students say so at the bottom of the page. I read every request, and when the exercise is added they hear about it by email and on their dashboard.

Done, to review, and pick up where they left off

Students tick the exercises they have done, flag the ones to redo, and bookmark a chapter. From phone to laptop, the dashboard brings them back to the last set they opened.

One email, no password

Students enter their address, receive a six-digit code, type it in. Nothing to remember and nothing else to give: no name, no school, no phone number.

One account, several profiles

A family with two children in middle school keeps a single account and one space per child. From age 14, students open their own.

Nothing is locked behind sign-up: the whole site stays open without an account.

What the exercise bank covers

The bank holds 928 sets of corrected exercises, that is 10,895 exercises and 56,660 questions solved step by step, in math, physics, chemistry and computer science. 282 sets are written entirely in English, for COMP 202, PHYS 101, MATH 133, MATH 140 and MATH 141 at McGill, MATH 203 at Concordia and 201-SN2-RE, 201-SN3-RE, 201-SN4-RE, 201-337, 201-N11, 360-300, 360-301, 201-103, 202-SN1-RE, 202-SN2-RE, 202-SNU-RE, 203-SN1-RE, 203-SN2-RE and 203-SN3-RE at English-language CEGEPs. The others follow the French national curriculum, the Quebec secondary program and the French-language CEGEP courses, in French. Every set shows its full solution on its page, free, with no account and no email.

Most of the bank is in French because it follows the French and Quebec curricula. A student at a French-language school can use it as it is; during lessons, any of it can be explained in English on request.

Frequently asked questions

Are the solutions free?

Yes. Every set shows its full worked solution on its page, with no account and no email. The free account unlocks nothing: it remembers progress, points earned and the traps a student fell into.

Which exercises are written in English?

282 sets, statements and solutions alike, for COMP 202, PHYS 101, MATH 133, MATH 140 and MATH 141 at McGill, MATH 203 at Concordia and 201-SN2-RE, 201-SN3-RE, 201-SN4-RE, 201-337, 201-N11, 360-300, 360-301, 201-103, 202-SN1-RE, 202-SN2-RE, 202-SNU-RE, 203-SN1-RE, 203-SN2-RE and 203-SN3-RE at English-language CEGEPs. They come first in the course directory. The rest of the bank follows the French and Quebec curricula and is written in French.

201-NYA or 201-SN2-RE: what is the difference?

The two codes name the same course, before and after the revision of the Sciences de la nature program: 201-NYA became 201-SN2-RE, 201-NYB became 201-SN3-RE, 201-NYC became 201-SN4-RE, 202-NYA became 202-SN1-RE, 202-NYB became 202-SN2-RE, 203-NYA became 203-SN1-RE, 203-NYB became 203-SN2-RE and 203-NYC became 203-SN3-RE. Each course page gives both codes.

Do the exercises follow the official curriculum?

Yes: McGill's and Concordia's course outlines for the English courses, the Bulletin officiel for the French curriculum, the Quebec Progression of Learning for secondary school, and the ministry's course frameworks for CEGEP.

Are there practice exams?

Yes: 94 practice exams and end-of-term papers, timed and marked like a real assessment, and 60 official French bac papers with full solutions.

Why these exercises?

Unlike generic problem books, each set reproduces the real format and level of the assessments: Quebec secondary, the French AEFE schools, CEGEP and first-year university. You will find proofs to construct, classic traps to avoid and contextual problems, never mechanical filler. Every question comes with a complete solution that explains the reasoning, not just the answer.

Every set follows the same progression, designed for a full review session:

Basics: definitions and direct applications
Test level: full methods and traps
Exam level: proofs and problems
